Friends of the Elk Valley was created to help the community by developing, promoting, and maintaining public parks, camps, trails, natural areas and related amenities, with a primary focus on the greater Elk River Valley in BC from the Elk Lakes above Elkford to the confluence with the Koocanusa bel
